Important Note

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at mindspaneducation@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue occurring. Each request will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made at the sole discretion of MindSpan Education.

6. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

For scheduled services that have not yet been delivered (such as scheduled live sessions or upcoming courses), cancellation requests may be considered according to the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date
  • A cancellation fee may apply as per the terms specified at the time of purchase
  • In lieu of a refund, we may offer credit for future services or alternative courses
