11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you and MindSpan Education shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

11.2 Formal Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

12. Consumer Protection Rights

As a consumer, you have certain rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India. Nothing in these Terms will affect those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
